Why do I do this?

Firstly, I've walked that path myself, so I know the "do’s" and "don’ts" when it comes to business.

Secondly, and more importantly, I’ve been coaching in some way, shape or form since I was 17 years old. I love working with other people and helping them realise and then unleash their true inner potential. Playing a small part in their journey to success brings me huge personal satisfaction and fulfilment!

I’m Ross, and I embarked on my solopreneurial journey at just 21 years old.

 

Fuelled by my passion for sports and fitness, I built a multiple six-figure, award-winning business that has flourished for over a decade now.

While that sounds impressive, any solopreneur knows that the journey to success isn't without it's challenges.

​

In those early days, I made virtually every mistake in the book. However, I had the self-awareness to recognise that - while I was good at my craft - I lacked the skills to run a business effectively.

This realisation sparked a transformative journey of personal and professional growth, leading me to invest over £75,000 in to my own learning and development, which I attribute as a key factor that has helped me reach the position I'm in today.

Armed with the knowledge and expertise I gained, I now dedicate my efforts to coaching and consulting other solopreneurs, guiding them on their journey to success.
