Firstly, he's walked that path himself. Therefore he knows the "do’s" and "don’ts" when it comes to running a school as a business.

Secondly, and more importantly, Ross has been coaching in some way, shape or form since he was 17 years old. He loves working with other people and helping them realise and then unleash their true potential. Playing a small part in their journey to success brings him huge personal satisfaction and fulfilment!

Ross embarked on his Martial Arts journey at age 13. He opened his school at the age of 21 and has never looked back since!

Fuelled by his passion for Martial Arts, he's built a multiple six-figure, award-winning business that has flourished for over a decade now.

This realisation sparked a transformative journey of personal and professional growth, leading him to invest over £75,000 in to his own learning and development, which he attributes as a key factor that has helped him reach the position he's in today.

Armed with the knowledge and expertise he gained, he now dedicates his efforts to coaching and consulting other School Owners and Instructors, guiding them on their journey to success.​
